You can use an ipod to computer transfer program to help.I personally use Cucusoft iPhone/iTouch/iPod to Computer Transfer.It helps me to transfer my songs/videos/photos from ipod to my computer iTunes directly and safely.It works well for me,you can give it a try.
hook your ipod up and drag them from the ipod to music on itunes it may take a while but it should work.

alright… when u open up i tunes, click store on the top towards the left hand corner…
once u click tht,, find the authorize computer button, enter ur i tunes account and plug in ur i touch…
now click file on the left hand corner and hit transfer purchases

You need to understand the iphone works in sync with the itunes store account associated to it.
So to put things from multiple accounts is not advisable.
Itl mess things up for you.
Just resync it with the account which has all the songs and itl be fine and in the future use that account.
yellow snow is to unlock your device to use different carriers.
If you used yellow snow to unlock the jailbreak of your iPhone will be gone.
Jailbreaking you use redsnow or pwnage tool.
Redsnow is for windows operating systems and pwngae tool is for mac users.
